Our children's IR2 NOA2 petitions were approved (USCIS site status only) on 1/25. I used Darnell's suggestion of asking for an expedite in red ink so that they can be joined with their Mom's petition at the US Embassy in Manila. Looks like it's on to NVC for us. Congratulations to all who've been approved this week!

They are mostly from the 26th but you have to realize that most people are not going to either see or update the same day so most likely the 25th 26th and 27th are from the same batch. But if you only want to count the 26th there was at least 15 from august and july

NOA2s from CSC - clearing month of August.

VSC clearing month of July (except RFEs)

if you are on humanitarian - they cleared December 2010.

CSC are on the 5 month mark.

VSC are on the 'expedite' edge - 30 days late from 5 months.

VSc are working but have 'other priorities'.

A BIG congratulations to all who are NOA2.

since August 26th 2010. - go figure-

if USCIS want to know why we are upset - look at the figures

from our perspective.

Hooray, we got out NOA1 back on Aug 20th so I am full of anticipation at the sudden increase in activity. Here's hoping !

It actualy seems like they are already done with July and are now fully on august. on the 25th 26 27 and today 28th, 90% of K1 petitions aproved were from the month of august. Also every day for 4 days now they have had a consistant volume of aprovals. It may be possible that they are trying to make up for some of the back log and catch up to CSC. None the less if this volume keeps up for another week they will be done with august in no time. Honestly its quite strange how it picked up so fast out of no where.
