Ughhhh....my mistake i did not proofread everything on the application for I-129F all paperwork were sent back today stating that I forgot Part B Marital Statues if he is single, married or divorce just one mistake. I just have to resubmit the whole package and mail it tomorrow again. Everything was checked :o and noted except for one the number one application made one mistake. Lesson learned to proofread before sending the whole package. My eyes was seeing double that day :) anyhow just have to be patient and re-send everything. :bonk:

I triple checked our paperwork before I sent it in and kept finding a tiny typo here or there making me print the page out all over again. The day I sent it I noticed the cover page said I-129 Visa instead of I-129F Visa!

Ooops!

Guest what? There's no such thing as an I-129 or I-129F visa. Those are just forms. The visa is a K-1. :secret:

Don't worry about it. The cover letter is an organizational aid. They wouldn't care if you scribbled doodles or wrote poetry on it. What matters are the forms, the evidence, and the $$$CHECK$$$.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

 I double checked and I said K-1 Visa (I-129F) but I did revise it before making a second copy for my fiancee :)

I was a bit crazy with mine and paranoid they would send an RFE so I included evidence of relationship (call/sms records), engagement ring receipt, I-134, and copies of her birth certificate and passport. The packet I sent had two folders, the required stuff and extra stuff :)

Once our visa is approved and she is here I'm going to post samples of what I submitted for others to use :)

We got lucky, they opened a new Embassy in Sudan last year and announced back in July that they'll do interviews for the K visas :) You can read the press release here.
