DS 230.... short job

On the DS-230 I am listing my employment for the last 10 years... during this time, I visited Germany for a months on holiday, while I was there I worked for about 3 days for an employment agency. I spoke to the NVC and they said I should include this in my work history, even though it was only 3 days...

Problem is, I cant remember the name of the agency and have no way of finding out ?, do you think this will be a problem ?

I realized after we sent our forms in I had forgotten a job that I worked for maybe a couple of days, got our visa last week so don't think they realized my mistake.
