I realize you're implying we've never had any training as security or protection specialists and just because we're gun enthusiasts we're not qualified to be bodyguards but you're wrong on that one too.

You have somehow or somewhere interpretted something to mean that I have offered my services as a bodyguard? I have not. I do not. I will not. Seems like a silly, non-sense argument being made by people who have nothing at all to contribute because someone else that had nothing else to contribute made a comment about hiring me (and Slim) to protect them. No thanks. I never made the offer. I cannot believe adults would carry on with such nonsense.

I carry a loaded, concealed handgun at all times I am awake and dressed. I will use it to kill anyone that threatens myself or my family.

OK Gary, you take solace in your guns. Someone else made the suggestion of hiring you and Slim as bodyguards. If I were looking to hire a bodyguard, I wouldn't hire a criminal, or a senior citizen. Sorry, I want to live.

I am neither a criminal nor a senior citizen. But I respect your choice to hire whoever you want to carry a gun for you. I carry my own. I am not sorry that I want to live.

You are so lucky that you live in a state that allows that. In California it is only 1 handgun per 30 days. I believe it is still unlimited with regards to rifles and it is actually smarter to buy more at once to avoid separate DROS fees.

I am neither a criminal nor a senior citizen. But I respect your choice to hire whoever you want to carry a gun for you. I carry my own. I am not sorry that I want to live.

I could advise you get some. I could make do with 14 concealed handguns for different wardrobe needs. Glad I don't have to, but I could, I guess.

I once told a woman in Lowe's who looked confused about what to buy to "buy power tools, your husband will love them" She said (rather perturbed probably for butting in when it wasn't my business) "I don't have a husband!" I said "Well, maybe if you had some power tools..."
