Vermont is safe BECAUSE anyone can carry a gun legally. This means law abiding, decent, normal people carry guns. Not just criminals. Law abiding, decent, normal people far outnumber criminals. You can try to rob, assault or murder someone here, but they may shoot back, or someone else may intervene. There is just no telling who has a gun. Best to go across the lake to New York, or take a drive down to Boston for unarmed victims, as the criminals do.

You see... there's just no way to prove that claim. It's all convenient supposition.

Now, imagine there's a senior citizen and a guy on probation walking along with some other dude. You wouldn't know they were bodyguards, would you? Kind of like not knowing who's carrying a concealed weapon, not knowing who's a bodyguard could be an effective technique for security. Think it over. I'm standing by.

And good news for all those who care so much...my heart is far better off than before the surgery, I have -0- restrictions on my physical activity and feel better than I have in years.
