Has NVC really slowed down or what!!

Sent in my DS-230 on the 10th, and still not even put into the system, AVR keeps telling me that im missing documents, confirmed with rep that its the ds-230.......and does everyone get really rude reps at nvc? seriously wait on hold for 10 minutes and get someone who is basically yelling at you because your asking a question. How long is the average time to for it to be reviewed? After thats reviewed is there another review? so far no "real RFE's", rep confirmed everything is ok with AOS...they need to speed up a little :(

12/23/2010 - PAY INVOICE

12/27/2010 - I-864 SHOWS PAID SENT AOS FORMS

12/30/2010 - RECEIVE IV BILL

12/30/2010 - PAID IV BILL

01/04/2010 - IV SHOWS PAID

01/04/2010 - RECEIVE INSTRUCTION PACKET

01/10/2010 - SENT IV FORMS EXPRESS MAIL

01/18/2010 - STILL WAITING....

01/19/2010 - NVC Automated Msg - All documents RCVD

01/20/2010 - Possible RFE :( "We have reviewed your documents and found missing or incomplete Information"

01/21/2010 - CLD NVC - FALSE RFE!!! Just waiting on DS230 to be processed :D

01/23/2010 - HOPING FOR A CASE COMPLETE.......

02/03/2010 - SIF!!!!!!!!

02/04/2010 - Case Complete!!

02/14/2010 - No interview YET

02/15/2010 - INTERVIEW!!! MARCH 3RD 2011

03/02/2010 - Hubby recieved call from the embassy in SA interview rescheduled for MARCH 9th 2011

I sent our ds230 express mail on December 21. It was delivered December 22. January 11 was the day the phone operator said it was received. Then we got an rfe (something minor and easily fixed) on January 14. So....maybe your case closes is coming soon :)
