In our case we called the NVC 2 weeks after we get the NOA2 :) then after getting your case number you can now call the USembassy to set her interview :) Don't wait for the instruction packet that your fiancee will receive before she can proceed with the medical and interview process. I never got the letter but I still pursue my medical and interview and until now that I'm already leaving for the States on Feb 11 I still never got the instruction packet coming from the embassy :P. Good luck to both of you...you're almost there ;) 2 months more or less.

You should be able to call the National Visa Center a week from receiving your NOA2 to retrieve your case number (which will start with MNL). They will also mail you and your fiance(e) a letter that has the case number on it.

US Embassy Manila implemented a new system for setting K1 interviews and making visa payments. Kindly visit the Philippine regional forum for more information.

NOA2 says wait 2-4 weeks, how long to recieve a case number since we recieve NOA2?, if we already have the case number can we call the embassy and make a interview schedule?
