After 11 months approved

Hold The Phone ; I appreciate all your congrats ; but after getting the approval email without the lawyer actually getting the Noa2 ; I have now just recieved another email asking for additional material . I cannot beleive this . They are now asking for more evidence after they already approved our application . This is the worst day of my life. We were just thinking that we are almost there and now this . I was actually waiting for a call today from my lawyer saying the Noa2 has been recieved and now this email from The VSC. It must be a computer errror or It looks like I need to take another day off of work to talk to the lawyer , Congresswoman and now It looks like I need to contact my senator and the head of the VSC. This is totally unaccepatble after almost 12 months ; They give me an approval email and now a week later are asking for more material or evidence. ( Absolutley absurd uncalled for and pathetic ) . They are home having picnics parties with thier fiamilies while I sit here hurt,confused and sadly depresesed. I just called bella in albania and gave here the bad news about the delay . She is now devasted and things were just looking up. Maybe this was a computer mistake or this email is actually coming from the National Center. Someone please help if the have experience with this same situatuion.

I'm getting a lot of congrats but please read the last reply ; as they have now rejected the final approval after giving approval if that is possible. I need some replies on why this would happen . ?????"???

Sorry, I missed your last post!

Don't get too upset just yet! Until you actually receive physical mail on status of your case, you cannot assume either scenario is true. Wait to see if you receive either an approval letter or an RFE request in the mail during the next few days. Until then you can't speculate, even if the email update or online status says so.

We have already received our NOA2, but our online case status still shows as pending. So, don't worry until you receive mail from USCIS confirming the status.

Me and Bella were approved today finally . after 11 months . Never give up !!!!!! Must of made the timeline average go way up . Sorry ?

Just to repeat what I said above.... Don't rely on any emails or online status reports. Until you actually have an approval letter or an RFE in your hand that arrived by mail, you can't speculate either way.

The only official status is the one that arrives on paper.

your nickname needs a little change... You are a model of patience, of endurance to people like me who've only recently started the long K1 visa journey. I'll think of your story every time I feel I've suffered long enough. God bless you!

Oh, I also read the second half of your post a little later, I was enjoying the good news...Anyway, be strong, be positive, continue to fight for your situation... I think that someone who's already been through so much is not allowed to give up hope so easily. Keep your faith in God and you'll get over this new obstacle in no time!
