Ordered a USB printer cable from a seller at ebay last night, within seconds got a response and a couple of hours later got a shipping notice with a tracking number. Total price was $4.56. But dealing with a private seller, not a US governmental agency. It also took us about three weeks to get our NOA.

First it was Thanksgiving where most take a week off, then Christmas where most take two weeks off, now February is coming with all those president days off. How do I know this? Only worked for the US government for six months, got bored, and needed work to keep my mind busy, then all the BS involved. But wish in a way I stuck with it, did need a calendar as times I showed up for work when it was a day off, but could have retired at 55 with full medical benefits and 75% of my paycheck. Anyway, that is what we are dealing with.
