Medical Form Needed!!!!

My husband arrived last month on a K-1 Visa. We got married last week and we are now starting the process of filing EAD/AOS. I have been on the phone ALL DAY...... calling every Civil Surgeon in my area. All of them are telling me that my husband needs a new medical exam along with the 2 vaccinations that he needs....to a tune of $300.00..... I know that this is not true since he just had a medical and it is good for 12 months.

I was wondering if ANYONE from California (particularly Northern California) has a name of a Civil Surgeon that will complete the medical forms without charging for a medical exam......We are willing to travel a little if we have to.........If you know any, please PM his/her name to me and I would be so very grateful!!!

If I remember correctly, someone posted a name of a doctor who was willing to just fill out the vacc. supplement in Northern California here 1-2 weeks ago.....I'll try to find the thread again, but you might want to look for it as well.

If your willing to travel to San Francisco, my wife had the information transferred from the DS-3025 to the I-693A for $35 at the following authorized Civil Surgeons office, she did not need any additional shots. I just checked and he is still on the list of authorized Civil Surgeons as of 7/29/06:
