You can try comfi.com. They have a huge online database of re loadable phone cards. The best thing is about these are that you don't have to keep buying new cards when they run out. These are linked to your bank account for example and you reload money when your balance is low. I personally use the Continental Card which has a phone log for call history but I am sure there are dozens more just like it. Try and shop around :)

We use Lunex Telecom. They sell phone cards, but we use the "PINLESS" account. The way it works is you charge up the account with as much as you like (we do $100 at a time - you get bonus minutes that way). You enter the phone numbers of up to five phones you want to be able to call from, including mobile phones. When you want to call Vietnam you just call a local number, their computer recognizes your phone by the caller ID, and you enter the phone number you want to call in Vietnam. No PIN numbers because it's keyed off of your phone's caller ID. We've got our landline home phone, my wife's cell phone, and my cell phone set up on the account.

You can add time from a PayPal account, or with a credit card.

They have a Tet promotion going right now. 2.9 cents per minute to Saigon. 6.6 cents per minute to the provinces, and 6.9 cents to a mobile phone.

I've been using www.aloviet.com for around 8 months now.

It's 3.5c/min to a landline and 7.5c/min to a cell phone. You can also use it in Vietnam to call the US for 7.5c/min. On Wednesdays and Sundays they give you 20% more credit when you recharge. You can even generate call records for the period you specify.

What's a good prepaid phone card to Vietnam that has a call history? I've tried a couple cheap ones and the quality is really bad.

The Tu Thien, 2 ways call now. Best one out there.

I am a pinless calling call agent. Although my service is clear most of the time, we do occasionally get some bad connections. I think it will happen once in a while with all companies!!

Agreed. There's nothing you can do about the infrastructure between here and Asia.

Hi

Here's what I use to call Vietnam. It's called Saving Call. I have the

V247 Pin-less. Which i just dial 888# on my cell, then it connects

directly local inside Vietnam, then i just enter my girl friend local

number. Also, you can log into back office to view phone calls history.

I hope this helps..

Although it is more expensive than some other companies, I like v-247.
