Just got NOA2 after sending RFE information last week!!!!! Happy, happy, joy, joy!!!!! What a rough road it has been, but I hear cases are getting sent to Santiago really quick...WWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I-751 Removal of Conditions sent - 9/7/13

NOA1 received - 9/17/13

Biometrics appointment - 10/8/13

Removal of Conditions approved - 12/16/13

When did you call?

You're signature says you called and got higher customer service and was told about the RFE.

Were you not notified by mail or email of the RFE? Were you only notified during the phone call? What was the time difference?

Congratulations BTW! 6 Months is a long wait for good news. I'm getting close to that and I haven't gotten any word at all. They'll be called at the end of this week though.

February 3, 2011 - application sent from NVC to Montreal (aka. the Abyss?)

I called because my 5 month mark passed and I didn't hear anything. Apparently CSC processed my RFE, but did not send notice of it until 1/5/11. Call and ask for a higher level of customer service, tell them all your VJ friends are getting NOA2 that filed around the same time you did...that's how I was able to get news...

Actually, our lawyer said the same - he gave them a call January 3rd, and was told an RFE had been issued December 20-something, but we didn't receive it so they sent another dated January 5th... how weird is that?

April, 2009 - We met

YAY!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!! :dance:

I;m so happy for you Lisa!!! really good news... our case is already in Santiago but now we are asking for a change on my interview date, DOS said it was scheduled for march 21th and thats way too late for us...USCIS has really screwed up all our plans with their unbelievable delays.
