hahahaha - I'm sorry, this is just too funny/strange. I'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing at the ISO that you talked to.

All I can say is 'Really?'

grrr sorry fella....

translation can be by anyone, as long as the translator's statement and signature is at the bottom of the page .

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

ya need ONE human to understand the chinese version of the I-94. If the locals can understand it, and 'pass you' then IMO by all means give it a shot.

I'm appalled the ISO got clueless about the I-94, really.

then ya got the wrong ISO.

call back after 4:30 pm their local time - you should get the next shift person.

Be Prepared to EXPLAIN to the ISO that

this is a USA form, giving on long haul flights, accepted at the airport by CBP and DHS.

The INSTRUCTIONS are in CHINESE, the DATA GATHERED is in English and PIN YIN - the data gathered NEEDS NO TRANSLATION - so - they really wish you to translate the USGovernment's chinese character instructions ?

Seriously - get another ISO, think for a moment that yer me - the 2nd biggest incredulous pr|ck on the planet, and get FURIOUS !

---

if you not wish to do this.

then

send off the RFE evidence, which should be

--copy of the I-94 with

--letter of explanation that the instructions are in CHINESE, printed by US Government, and DATA is in ROMAN CHARACTERS, accepted by CBP on (fill in POE date here).

Hello,

We really need help. I received and RFE on my husband's AOS filing stating my income was too low for a household of 5. They are asking for assets or a joint sponsor. They were just looking at my 2014 tax return that I had to file with my ex. I no longer have 3 dependent children. It's just my husband and I. I make above the 125% needed for a household of 2. Can I send my new 2015 tax return and a letter explaining that I no longer had dependents???

PLEASE advise us! We are so worried.

Thank you

I'm sorry not to file a new topic but I don't see where I can do that.

19, 21 and 24 (in May). My oldest is no anyone's dependent anymore and my ex claims my two younger, college age children. No one lives with me except for my husband.
