I'm gathering evidence for me and the man, and I was wondering if a Skype chat log would be ok? And can I omit parts of it? Some of it is too umm... sexy... and I wouldn't be comfortable sharing that stuff with a stranger!!

Ready for my grand ol' timeline? Alrighty then!

10-05-10 - Married in California
06-13-11 - I-130 approved
10-13-11 - CASE COMPLETE!
12-02-11 - Interview - 221g due to a washed passport
12-17-11 - POE - YYC (preclearance in Canada)

2011 to 2013 - Life happened

06-26-13 - Divorce finalized

10-07-13 - I-751 divorce filer paperwork journey begins

07-03-14 - ROC interview - approval pending delayed background checks

07-25-14 - APPROVED! 10 year GC is finally in production!

08-01-14 - 10 year GC in hand. The journey has finally ended. :)

2014 to 2020 - Living paperwork-free and focused on me!

11-09-20 - N-400 filed online - welcome back VJ fam!

6-22-21 - Interview in Nashville, approved! And then...

6-22-21 - Pledge of Allegiance taken. Holy shirtballs I'm a US Citizen.

yes you can do that. all I sent was the actual call log of the duration and dates. there was no conversations in it.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

thats what i want to do to for obvious reasons...lol :blush:

how do you print just that out and can you do the same with msn messenger or do u have to show actual conversation with those??

I just copied and pasted the whole history to a word document and then took out all the chat stuff to show only the call date, time and duration. I think I started out with 19 pages of stuff and ended up with like 9 after all was done and edited. this was only in the timeframe after marriage until the interview...so about 4 months of stuff. Would have been more, but I made a trip before my wife got her visa interview.

oh thanks for reply i thought it had to be from when we first met..so just since I left him in albania until interview then? .they only want from the time you are married to show prove of continued relationship correct?...If so that will cut down on killing alot of tree's ...lol
