I wonder why our's is taking so long to be deliverd. I received email stating our card was in production on 1/10/11. Then another stating our case of approved on 1/12/11. Does all the Visa come Delivery Certified? Would I need to sign for it still if it's going to my PO Box? Or will it just be delivered?

I called USCIS but they say I have up to 30 days. Anyone waited close to the 30 days mark or had issues of Visa being received to mailbox??

Visa?

What visa did you apply for ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I think it will just be delivered as that's how it was with my conditional one, I never sign for anything and we still receive everything lol

As for a PO Box, I'm not sure if that might be the problem because I have heard (not sure) that USCIS sometimes has issues with PO Boxes. I also have a PO Box but would never use it for something as important like this.

Anyways, just wait the 30 days, it might be delayed.. only after the 30 days you could do something. For now just remind yourself to hold on the old GC and extension letter :)
