Hello everyone!!! Just a quick question on how to fill out form I-131. Filing along with I-485 based on K-1 visa do we need to fill out Q4 nad Q5a? I know it tells you to skip to part 7 but Iam still confused. Also if anyone knows how to fill part 7, I'd appritiate any advise.

Answer the first part of Question 3. If your intended trip date is unknown, write "unknown."

Skip to Question 7 per the instructions. Part 7, answer question 1. A separate sheet of explanation is not required for you (filed in conjunction with a I-485) although it won't hurt if anyone already sent one in. Question 7, parts 2 and 3 are not relevant to you because your spouse is currently inside the US.

Follow the instructions literally. If it says skip to question 7, then do so. Good luck.
