and i would like to know what documents do i need when applying for first time passport??

Preferred to download the fillable *pfd application and neatly type it out to avoid hand printing errors. Also preferred using our clerk of court, she is not nearly as busy as our post office, but the located will give you options. Considered buying plane tickets, but the travel expense would greatly exceed one of the twelve service centers than the cost of buying a replacement certificate if they lose it. But it came back, had it in a homemade plastic jacket.

Still think its crazy for the DOS to trust their agents your supplied photo is of you and not somebody else. But don't trust them to verify your certificate is valid and just make a copy of it. And they always send that back in a first class brown envelop, even if you paid a lot extra for overnight delivery.
