My hubby brought in his prove of child support and the IO told him congratulations. He is now waiting for his oath letter.

ok that's nice. So he can then upgrade your visa class.. I'd like for all F2A visa classes to be upgrade (who can) .. it's a win/win situation..!

I filed OCTOBER 2010, AND I RECEIVED NOA1 ON OCT 2010. THEN NOW I SAW THIS ON MY EMAIL.

On March 9, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we certified our approval of this case and sent it to the appropriate appellate body for review. They will notify you directly when they make a final decision. If you move while this case is pending, follow the instructions provided in the notice and use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

THEN ON MARCH 14, I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM USCIS OF I-797, NOA2. THAT SAYS:

THE ABOVE PETITION HAS BEEN APPROVED. WE HAVE SENT THE ORIGINAL VISA PETITION TO THE DEPT OF STATE NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC). 32 ROCHESTER AVENUE, PORTSMOUTH,NH 03801-2909. NVC WILL PROCESSES ALL APPROVED IMMIGRANT VISA PETITIONS THAT NEED CONSULAR ACTION. IT ALSO DETERMINED WHICH CONSULAR POST IS THE APPROPRIATE CONSULATE TO COMPLETE VISA PROCESSING. NVC WILL THEN FORWARD THE APPROVED PETITION TO THAT CONSULATE.

THE NVC WILL CONTACT THE PERSON FOR WHOM U ARE PETITIONING (BENEFICIARY) CONCERNING FURTHER IMMIGRANT VISA PROCESSING STEPS.
