It won't take until October to get NOA2. We will definitely be there this Spring 2011. Come on, just have a little more patience and be positive and a bit more optimistic. It's coming. Losing patience will get you nowhere... It will, actually, to the doctor, like Florina said! :D

Where is the data you used to determine this? Vermont has had ZERO progress in the last two weeks and almost zero progress for the past three months. I see nothing but disinterest by Vermont in moving ANY of our petitions. They make all kinds of promises, but like everything else they tell us, they are all lies.

Again, they make NO promises.

Oh they certainly do! Not big ones on their website, but read the posts here about phone calls and the things the phone boys tell us, like "You will have a decision by this week". Never happens.

As for the big ones, yes they say the 5 months is only an approximation. But if the average is running 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 months, how does that come out to a 5 month approximation? Sounds more like a 7 month approximation to me.

Did you check out the latest spin? This came on one of the elevated calls and was posted here on our site, something to the effect that as long as ONE file in the ENTIRE COUNTRY makes it to an adjudicator's desk in 5 months, regardless of how long it sits there before he looks at it, that means that ALL files in the WHOLE SYSTEM have a 5 month average processing time. Is this some new math they never taught when I was in school?

The spin doctors at USCIS push the limits of credibility so far that they make Karl Rove look like a choirboy.

Yep, Ella u r right !!! We need to be optimistic ...definitely.

Although Is a little hard to be optimistic when u are applying for a visa which supposedly will help u to get married and if fact it prevents u to do it !!!

Isn't this a little awkward ?

But I think I found out how to spend my time, I was inspired by the VJ ppl: lets write VSC poems ... huh
