Hello guys,

I don't know how to start this.. I just wanna ask if anyone here had their adjustment of status after 2 years of marriage or more?? Can you please tell me what happened on your application? We wasn't able to file right away due to financial reason and job loss, can you please share your experience if anyone got situation as we do..thank you so much i really appreaciate it..

You will need to file an I-130 when you file you AOS papers. You will also need a LOT of evidence of relationship, the same amount you would need for the I-130 and also as if you had applied for ROC (removal of conditions) as you have been together longer they expect more evidence that your relationship is real.

Basically read the papers for the I-751 and collect the same sort of evidence. You don't file the I-751 but it's got an evidence list that will help you now.
