Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

The K-3 expiration date is on her visa. Why don't you ask her instead of asking us

Good luck

Good answer. You need to know the actual expiration date printed on the visa itself. but generally a K3 visa is good for two years and multiple entries, and it can be extended if needed. Best bet is to adjust status though.

-Does all K-3 visa got their GC after they arrived her in US?

-Like after how many month the USCIS or NVC sent you the GC already?

-How true is that?

Coz my friend didn't got her GC yet? She been here for 10 months already...

If she actually arrived on a K3 visa instead of a CR1 visa, she'll have to apply to adjust her status before receiving the green card. Be sure of exactly which visa is in her passport first.
