pls help,i been working abroad for less 6 months, my agency hold my passport and they didnt give it back so i went home in travel document,when i get home i went to DFA to ask what should i do and they issue me new passport and clear the one i have before,passport i am holding now is clear no point of entry..do i need police clearance from other country in my interview? the uscis site says must have 6 months up need to have police clearance if been travel to other country...pls do help ,,thanks, we already have NOA2.
