Congrats!!!! Good luck with the next steps. Were hoping to get the same news as you in about 3 werks time. There are so many terrible things about the wait but the one that annoys me most is you could be waiting ages just to get an RFE. I have my fingers crossed I didn't make any silly mistakes because it would be devastating to wait this long to have to fix something and wait even longer

I got an RFE and sent in what they wanted more than 5 months ago and still haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully thet will be satisfied with what they asked for and received from me. But you know what, I read here on this forum that one VJ member was reportedly sent an NOID (Notice Of Intent to Deny) in August 2010 which they said they were unaware of (and obviously did not receive). They only found out about it when they made a routine inquiry call and were given the news. Now, that is my classic example of devastation! I hope such doesn't happen to any of us and I earnestly hope that that party has been able to resolve the issue in question.

Peace

While reading topics and timelines here today, I received the text from USCIS we've been waiting 5 months for, approval of our I-129F!!

What a cruel process this is!! It is still unacceptable to wait this long, or 8 months, a year or more....I can't begin to describe the relief, except there is still the interview, and actually getting the visa in hand. Tchau

:star: :star: Congratulations!!:star: :star: Kewl!! Be happy the CSC is moving now. The folks at the VSC are really having a hard time currently.

Sure, there's lots you can do :) Research what the beneficiary needs for their interview and start gathering that information. When it comes to the financial stuff that they require (I-134 and evidence), I would wait until you know your interview date so that all the information is current.

thank u will do...good luck
