DS-3032 still accepted by email?

We received via email our information from NVC requesting DS-3032 Choice of Address and Agent. I had my wife (in Kenya) email her choice (of me!) using the form of letter as outlined here on visajourney. This was last friday. Neither of us have received any notice that they received the email. I have a completed, filled out DS-3032 from my wife that we completed when I was in Kenya last October that I brought back with me. I can attach the barcode and case number to it and mail it to NVC if needed, but I thought they accepted email DS-3032? Should I go ahead and mail the completed, signed printed form? or wait a bit longer? I'm ready to send in my AOS, having already paid the invoice on that, but I can't even pay invoice on DS-230 yet, as it shows it hasn't been billed. Advice please.

My wife DID send the email form the day after we received the email request for one. This was a week ago today, and we have received no acknowledgement of it. I know there was a holiday weekend last weekend, and today the NVC is closed due to weather, but shouldn't they respond in 7 days?

It's a good idea to mail and email the form (according to the guide).

I think it also suggests that if she doesn't receive a response that the email was received (not an indication that they've processed it), then she should try from a different email address.

I'm new to the process and trying to learn it to prepare for my own, so please forgive me if I am incorrect.

Sincerely,

Scott & Christine "Kiki" Cushman

I did have my wife send the email form exactly like depicted a week ago...except we did not put ATTN: Supervisor Sue.

Do you think this " ATTN: Supervisor Sue" will get better response?

Yes it can help

For what it is worth I did everything suggested and nothing happened until after I got the email from NVC telling me about sending in the DS-3032

You can also check the payment portal to see if the IV fee bill has been invoiced As NVC will not send you a reply. If it has then your ds-3032 has been accepted.

Citizenship next step!
