Hello!

I think I am ready for my interview in New Orleans (K1 visa > marriage) on February 1st, but just thought it might be an idea to ask for suggestions and advice on the documents I have for the big day. I'd love it if someone who's "got the t-shirt" could confirm or deny if anything else is needed.

1. Both passports, birth certificates, I-94 and everything USCIS have ever sent either of us.

2. Marriage Certificate (official court copy), Wedding Photos, Wedding Guest Book

3. Notarized statement from our Landlord - saying he rents us the apartment and that we live together, in lieu of a tenancy agreement (no agreement exists as he is a family friend)

4. Letter from wife's work confirming she still works there, and pay stubs since we filed I-864

5. Joint check book, auto insurance, life insurance statements showing each other as beneficiary

I really can't think of anything else.

Thanks for your help.

g -1145 e. notication, the wedding guest book won't fit under the glass at the interview, every thing looks okay good luck,

For an AOS interview in the US, there is no glass window. The couple meet an IO in an office and chat.

AOS for my husband
