Correction to the previous poster, I didn't read the OP's statement that he wanted her to re-use the visa, I took it that he was asking if she had to stay in the US forever.

OP - You cannot re-use the visa, that is correct BUT she can leave the US once she is married to you and has her advanded parole document (AP) or her GC. This will take around 3-6 months from her applying for adjustment of status (AOS). She isn't stuck in the US for the rest of her life, she just needs to apply for AP (with AOS) and she can travel with that, or she can travel with the GC. She is restricted though to how long she can remain outside of the US.

I've seen a few different answers about "when the 6 months starts" (varying by a few days, regarding the "exact" day) but the validity is six months from when the visa is issued, usually the day of or a few days after the (successful) interview.

This 6 month validity applies to every K1 visa issued by the US.

Really?? This is the first time I've ever heard it being valid for four months!!! I have read hundreds of forums and all of them say 6 months. I really need to know as this is vital to my time line.
