hi vj members, just want to ask question? my case was completed on

jan 7 2011 in my benificiary is in manila,i called nvc they said that

wait for 2weeks, then i wait to weeks now i called again they said its full

cause normally if the case was completed in the 1st week of the month

they usually schedule people for interview for the next month,they start

scheduling people for the 2nd week of the month?? can somebody answer my

question please...thanks for the info much appreciated.....

My case was completed in first week of January with status of 'case complete' - when will the interview be scheduled?

Answer -

Alas - 'case complete' is not the end of it - the casefile needs a 'final review' as well - so when the final review is completed, the casefile is then put into the queue for 'available to be scheduled'. Early in 2009, final reviews were completed in 3 days or less, after 'case complete' status. These days, is 10 to 14 days of time to wrap up a final review, as there's a queue. FWIW, 'case complete' really means NVC has tagged the casefile as 'documents complete - no further input or documents needed from you' but there's still a dearth of activity to be done on yer casefile - this activity won't start until the casefile is complete at NVC. Think about it - why to review a casefile that isn't 'documents complete'? It's a set of double effort, and will waste time of any NVC adjudicator.

Manila schedules the 2nd week of each month, apparently, so IF the final review was not finished during the 2nd week of January, you'll need to be patient - I'm guessing that yer already IN the next queue for the next scheduling session, for next month.

For now, call into NVC, inquire 'Is Final Review Completed for my casefile, or no? If yes, what was the date for Final Review? '

then take note of the answers - and pay attention to the calendar.

yup its its been in final review that's why they said im just waiting for interview schedule,

but i dont know why im not included in feb .interview in manila..
