The American citizen applies for a fiancé visa at the USCS. If she doesn´t have the Spanish nationality, she will have to go back to Venezuela where she will receive all the paperwork.

How do you guys want to get married and live in Spain if none of you have a Spanish nationality? Venezuela is one country, and Spain is another.

Good luck!
