I am confused. I am going to be filing the I-130 Petition. In my readings I read that it says to send a completed and signed form G325A for myself and a completed and signed form G325A for Marie ,but in the assembly instructions it says "all four pages". Do I send all four pages of the signed and dated G325A from both of us with the I-130 Petition-meaning 8 pages in all? Or do I send just one page from each of us. The problem I might run into is I had Marie only sign four pages while I was in the Philippines last week. Is she going to have to sign four more for the I-129F also? I think also they ask for a G325A for the I-485 form(I'm not sure if thats the right form # at this moment). It was my understanding that they wanted you to sign and date all 4 pages-1 for the I-130, 1 for the I-129F, 1 for the I-485(or whatever it is), and 1 for the visa interview. Please someone help make this simple for me. How many signed and Dated pages of the G-325A forms will I need total for the entire Petition and Visa process. Is there any time I can use copys of our signatures. Do I send 4 with the I-130 and 4 with the I-129F, etc,etc.... Thanks -Gary-

Gosh-and I was thinking I was going to have this petition filled out and sent today-was I ever wrong :(

You will submit the 4 pages that make up the G-325A for both yourself and the beneficiary with the I-130. Total 8 pages. You will then submit the 4 pages that make up the G-325A for both yourself and the beneficiary with the I-129F. Total 8 pages. Each page must have an original signature. This is all you need as far as the G-325A for the petition/visa process.

First of all-Thankyou for your help, Second -Yes your right, a lot of good information in the guides but when reading different guides from different sites they often seem to contradict one another and only adds to the confusion. I always try to find the info I am looking for by doing some research. If I am still scratching my head I go to the board and usually always get a simplified straight forward answer. Hooray for the forum

Well, I mistakenly only provided one sheet each for both my and my spouse for both the I-130 and the I-129 and I maybe have been lucky but both of my petitions were approved and have been sent to the NVC without the additional pages. ;)

I'm looking at the bottoms of the four forms and the each say something different. They may go to different places. Unfortunately, those identifiers get cut off when dowloading forms, since someone forgot about the half inch margin a printer needs. The indentifers are:

(1) Ident.

(2) Rec. BR

(3) C.

(4) Consulate

This G-325-A was "revised 05/31/05." It has a nasty habit of checking off "naturalization" for "this form is submitted in connection with application for." The correct answer for I-130 or I-129f is "Other."
