I-130 of a USC child

Is anyone have a timeline for a june filers?,I file my I-30 for my step child month of june and priority date is june 28, they transfer it from CSC to TSC nov.2 until now i dont hear anything about it,it's been a while i dont know what happen my wife is not happy about it,i want this to be over so we can be together with the kids that will make our family completely happy...Please USCIS approve my petition very soon...i'm so frustrated i want my wife to be completely happy...

Just be patient. Usually I-130 applications takes 6 months to a year depending on ur case. In my case ,,it only took me 6 months from application to approval but my 2 kids(petitioned by my USC husband) were a lil late becoz of circumstances we can't avoid. But thanks GOD kids had their 1st Christmas and first Snow experience here in GA last month. Good luck!

Just be patient. Usually I-130 applications takes 6 months to a year depending on ur case. In my case ,,it only took me 6 months from application to approval but my 2 kids(petitioned by my USC husband) were a lil late becoz of circumstances we can't avoid. But thanks GOD kids had their 1st Christmas and first Snow experience here in GA last month. Good luck!

im a USC that filed for my wife child,it's 7 months already we still dont get result,my wife is not happy about it because she missed the kid we supposed to have vacation every december to see them but we never go there last dec. because we thought that the papers will be approved by then but until now still initial processing...im so dissapointed,the kids missed us and still been waiting for us to go there and now we cant because we been waiting for their papers,it takes so long for the USCIS to approved it i felt so bad for the kids,we keep saying next month and we dissapoint them because they expect to see us soon...God please help us to make the USCIS speed up the process...

Well, if it has been 7 month, you can call USCIS as your case is outside the processing times. They will help you there. I filed in May, took 5 months, she is having an interview soon. Hopefully you will get your approval soon too.

I've called up already and i told them my priority date is june 28 and they said it's not outside the processing time yet because by that time that i talked to them she said they only processing the june 16 date...

US citizen did a 1-130 for my father. Received date was July 26th. Getting same answer from customer service reps.

hello, my priority date is on february 16 2008. my parents have filled for me. they are USA citizen. I'm married. when should I expect for viza? thank you
