Wasn't there some unassociated child-porn charges in Thailand he was facing? Will he have to go back there to face them or was all this a plot to get a free first-class flight back from Bankok?

I think so. That was my hunch - that he carefully thought this through as he said after confessing to the Jon Benet murder that it was an accident and therefore 2nd degree murder. I'll bet he had it all figure out that he'd be out in a few years and avoid ever facing the Thai prisons.

He still has to face charges on child porn in california and with this timewasting he has caused he should get a few more years added on to the sentance. I wonder now what will happen the DA mary lacy. She should resign after this embaressment.

He's sick but he's smart. He got out of his charges in thailand, will serve some time for the child porn charges here, in isolation of course. He will get rich from the book and movie deals (it's legal since he didn't kill JonBenet).

It's almost impossible for us to stop the machine... I normally don't watch TV News, but I get it zapped into my brain everytime I'm at the gym...and I can't get guy's face out of my head... I hate it!!!!
