Just caught this on MSNBC, it hasn't hit the website yet...

His DNA was not a match to that found at the crime scene.

Probably villainising this guy and raking up some ####### on him to justify the idea that he is a bad guy anyway.

No doubt - As much as you'd have to have a screw loose to do what he is accused of doing, you'd have to have more than a little wrong with you to want to take credit for such a heinous crime.

Either way he's clearly got some serious psychological problems.

I want to know when Bill O'Reilly is going to apoligize to the Boulder Police and the Sanoma County Sherriff's department for calling them both something like criminally negligent is dealing with the 2001 police informants tape.

Bill O'Reilly doesn't strike me as an "apology" kind of guy.
