is thr anyone or whom u know who got the interview whose priority date was after cut off dates in the visa bulletin? is it possible?

It's POSSIBLE, however the visa will not be granted after the interview, only when the PD becomes current.

There isn't much point in it, unless the ConOff wants to be overly efficient and get some cases out of the way.

To OP, my brother had his interview while his PD was not current - he was asked to wait until the PD becomes current again.
