The TOS violation is this:

When you name a specific poster and make comments that denigrate them and their family members it is considered a personal attack, obviously designed to upset, antagonize and belittle them. The post that was removed violates this TOS.

It is taking a general statement and making it personal that makes this TOS statement relevant. There are other TOS that address comments that disparage a group of people for the purpose of instigating an argument and when those have been reported to us, we have addressed them.

Um, Kathryn, Gary brings up his hot wife all the time. It's kind of like when you work with someone who talks about their brilliant, talented, athletic child all the time. It's annoying as hell.

I don't really see the MENA women going around making disparaging comments about American or European men, like how you constanly make jabs about Western women. And they are pretty classy ladies who don't go around announcing in a public forum the number of times they have sex with their spouse. Nor do they go around talking about their spouse like they are nothing more than a piece of meat.

How do you feel about American business hiring illegal aliens in order to avoid paying people a decent wage, denying them benefits, workplace safety, vacations, family and medical leave? It is OK? Would it be OK if congress suggested suspending these benefits for all workers, including US citizens? Maybe just for people hard hit by the recession? Black people? Maybe by region...suspend worker protections, minimum wage ans SS and medicare in Michigan for example to make it cheaper and more attractive to hire people there.

I just used the example because it fits so aptly. White guys, black guys, American guys, European guys . . . when it comes to sex tourism, they are all heading to Bangkok. Do you think a high class call girl from Stockholm, London, Paris, or Rome would marry a fat white--or black--American for a Green Card? Very unlikely, because the differential in the standard of life is too insignificant.

What about the thousands of women trafficked illegally for sex in this country? That seems OK with everyone because no one seems interested in punishing their employers.

A couple years ago (2006 as I recall) it was revealed here in Vermont that two Chinese/American brothers were hiring illegal aliens from China to work in their Chinese Buffet restaurants. They were living 31 people in a run down old house with one toilet and no doors on the rooms, being paid NOTHING except tips (yeah, big tips in a Chinese buffet) and eating only leftover Chinese buffet food. They were told their wages were being withheld to repay their "debt" for being brought to this wonderful job opportunity and the women were given the further opportunity to provide sex for their friends in return for "paying off their debt" sooner. THAT is what happens when American business hires illegals. Who do they complain to? It went on for years and was only revealed when a reporter for a local paper happened to eat at the restaraunt and forgot to leave a tip. One of the newer waitresses made the mistake of asking for a tip and stating "please, it is the only money we make" The buffet was cheap.

THAT is the face of illegals working in America. That and trucks full of illegal aliens dying in the desert. Heaven forbid we violate the 4th amendment and ask them for ID. That may prevent them from working in the blazing sun on a hot roof with no safety harness. So strange that we can be so concerned about their rights...except the right to be paid and treated like humans. And what happens when an illgeal gets over heated and falls off a roof? Who does he complain to? Who notifies his family he fell off the roof? Who pays the medical bills or buries him? Who even knows he is here? Officialy he does not exist in this country. he "isn't here" And that s OK with everyone that does not demand American compaines be forced to comply with American laws.

Gary, I am in full agreement with you on the issue of illegal immigrant employment! I was only referring to the issue of ethnic choices in marriage and using the K-1 process to bring foreign fiancees here.

There would also be review boards to determine if American women were only marrying foreign men for sex. And, oh yeah, men also. All of our relationships would be scrutinized by some random, arbitrary standards. maybe ask neighbors and co-workers if they think it is OK? and the process now takes more time than is reasonable. The countries these people come from have much easier immigration policies for family members, yet they come here and want to slam the door on others. Maybe just selected others. Maybe only women who want to marry American men? Maybe only hot women that want to marry American men. Maybe there should be a scale differntial and a man that is determined to be a "4" not be allowed to marry a woman that is a "9". Would it be reasonable to expect the government to do that? That would be OK with everyone here? Maybe overweight men can only marry overweight women? maybe we should apply it to domestic marriages also? I mean, by what right do we have the CHOICE to marry who we want. I think the government has an interest in us making proper choices. Yes?
