This is a no win situation for ICE. Is sending them back to Haiti in the wake of a natural disaster inhumane? I don't know, I would say it's a bad situation they are going back to, but what should be done? They aren't supposed to be here, and should be deported under normal circumstances. Should we house them in our jails in the interim? Who is going to pay for that? It's a crappy situation, but in the end, they should be deported.

Yeah. And after more than a decade we still have millions of illegal aliens protected from richly deserved deportation by this joke called T.P.S. (Temporary Protected Status) from natural disasters that have long since passed. Temporary my azz! The lies continue pouring out of Washington from the professional liars (politicians).

You say that we should deport all illegal immigrants so flippantly. It's not nearly as easy as you would think. We could magically deport every illegal immigrant back to their home country today, and within a year. If you don't address the reason why they come here, you'll never be able to combat the problem. I know I'm sounding like a broken record, but I'll say it again, mandate E-Verify, and institute prohibitive fines for employers who hire them.

It will last as long as USCIS makes bringing refugee and asylum Haitians to the US a priority over cash paying US citizens (to same USCIS agency) trying to lawfully bring their true love here!
