Am I right in thinking that when you have the medical, the cost is £200. Also I have been informed that $350 has to be paid BEFORE your interview. Can someone shed some light onto this please. How can you pay the $350 before the interview. Can it be done over the phone with a debit card, or does it have to be sent before?

Hey Dave, yep you do have to pay over the phone before the interview... And the call costs £1.20 a minute!!

The phone no is on the London embassy website, or you can find it in the London embassy discussion that's in the UK forum.

Apparently you can pay for it any time after you receive your London case no. They'll then send you a receipt that you have to take with you to your interview.

I just got my email NOA2 last Thurs and am also trying to get my head around everything that's coming up...My head's buzzing with about 500 pieces of info right now...!!
