Hmm, maybe we can call, there is already month

Calling will do you no good when you have been waiting for less than one month. Calling is a potential option when you are 30 days past the processing date posted on the service center's website.

Vermont's currently posted processing date for I-129Fs is February 23, 2006.

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Proc...Center=Vermont:

If you don’t hear from us within the normal processing time,

check for updated processing times on our website. If your case has

a receipt number, use it to check on the status of your case at the

same time. We recommend this action on your part because our

notice may be on its way to you.

If at any point your case should become more than 30 days outside

our normal processing time, and you haven’t received a written

decision or update from us within the last 60 days, you can help us

by calling customer service and letting us know. We will research

your case, see what needs to be done to get it processed, and get

back to you with an explanation.

Petitions have been getting approved out of order for months now. You may get approved next week or you may be waiting for six months. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do until you are past the current processing date posted on their site.

Best to relax, be patient, and get in line behind the rest of us.

Aaaw, so sweet! Hang on to those happy feelings...

Well,

if this wont kill "us", it will make "us" stronger.

I have duobts, that couples, who went through these nightmares ever divorce. They know what is worth in life and how much they mean for each other and how to care relation.

I dont know that i agree with the above hypothesis, as lightly as it may have been stated. One may cherish, recall and even come to appreciate these wait times but do they become indelible? I doubt it! My analogy to this process is pregnancy and the inherent pains/discomfort endured. More often than not all the hassles of pregnancy are usually forgotten as soon as that baby emerges. A relationship destined to sour may not necessarily stand because the nail-biting waiting period, prior to the reunion of soulmates and engaged folks, can be recalled and used as a motivation to keep the relationship afloat.

IMO, the factors that may or may not cause dissolution of a union may not include these times, painful as they may seem to be right now. Afterall some of us do have short-term memories.

They don't exactly follow any order to process petitions. It's usual to see people who've filed later than you get their approvals. Just be a bit more patient and you'll get NOA2 soon enough.

Its not fair :(

Please, you want to talk about not fair? You're service center is Vermont. Try having CSC as your center. Relax.

Very much about this is wrong way. Sure I can only regret that these small and big things what usualy persons enjoy in reality is missing, so we try to create something differently instead.

Well, your case is special, and your mood is special if you are pregnat, and more needing these attention and person beside.

But all will be well, sooner or later, you will see! :)

I said that its not fair that they are processing cases not from data they are send in, but insome misterious random.

Judging by timelines, some who sent later then us already received Noa 2, but us not yet. Why so? Why that happen. Shouldnt be IMBRA, we sent new I-129F form. RFE?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I dont think its up to race. There is just some mess how they process things, and what we dont know.

Of course, probably some exact person have some more sympathyes or what, as we all have. But this is their everyday proffesional job. I dont think anything like this can influence your process in general.

Calm and open your mind.

Wow....it's been an ENTIRE month! Obviously, someone at VSC hates you.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
