Hello everyone first time user here. First of all i would like to say i hope everyone here gets to the end of their journey and gets their visa approval. First let me tell you how much i know how frustrating these immigration process can be. I dunno if you guys might care but here's my story. I came here illegal in 1988 at the age of 4 with my mother to be with my father here in NY state. It wasn't until 1996 that my grandfather who was a US Citizen sponsored us and our journey began. We waited and waited and finally in 2005, 14 yrs later, our petition was approved and we received our visas. My family immediately made plans to travel back to Ecuador my home country to see my family for the first time in 20+ years. Unfortuanatly i received a job offer i couldnt refuse and therefore could not go with them. In 2008 i got happily married and been together ever since. In 2010 I became a US Citizen and have applied for my wife for permanent status here in the states. She arrived here in 2001 with a tourist visa at age of 12 but did not know what she was getting into by overstaying here. I petition for her in September and below you will see my timeline. I have not seen my family in 22 years, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc. I am anxious to go very soon to complete my journey but will wait until my wife gets her status since she has not seen her parents in 9 years. I know how frustrated everyone gets so i know how you feel. If anyone else has a similar timeline, please keep in touch.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
