Been trying to talk to someone in the American embassy of my country but they don´t answer.

Here the question:

U know that one of the requirements to get the Fiancé Visa is to show the police record of the countries u´ve lived in since u were 18. OK, one of the places I´ve lived in is The USA. Do I still have to get one or is it automatically generated when my fiancé filed for the visa?

Thank you.

No, you do not have to get one for the US.

So I guess they already have my records since I lived there so they will b able to check them when they sent the NOA2 to the VNC, rite?

I believe a quick background check is done on the beneficiary (you) at either the USCIS or NVC stage, yes. Maybe someone else can give you a more concrete answer, I'm not 100% sure when it happens.

makes sense, but perhaps they need a more exhaustive check. Gotta keep calling the American embassy in my country and try to find out.

Thanx.

It's since age 16, not 18, but it's all countries except the USA. You criminal record in the USA will be investigated as part of the process.
