ok i didn't know how to Subject this ^.^;;

My Question is this, if i was to move to China and live there and get Married with my future bride to be could her and me both be able to File for the Usa as Family? because i have Family Ties in the usa. "not saying like a week or days after, but like a Year or so after living there"

what i'm saying is that since her and me would be Married wouldn't this make her Family related to my Family in some way?

or would the K-3 and/or the IR-1/CR-1 still be needed ?

thanks again to everyone on these forums for the nice support and being very :star: Friendly :star: ^.^

you need to give out more information about yourself, where are you? who is in the US? are you here undocumented? if so, for how, long, how old are you?

I can't tell unless you give us detailed information.

You are a US Citizen and don't need a Visa to return to the US.

If you live with her in China and are married there then you will have to get her a CR-1 Visa to accompany you to the US.

If you are actually a resident of China for the required amount of time (and on the correct type of Chinese Visa) then you can do what's called "DCF", Direct Consular Filing at the US Embassy in China. The process is generally months shorter than filing from the US. It does have it's own problems though as you'll need to prove that you intend to re-establish US Domicile or have maintained US Domicile and you'll need someone to Sponsor her with an Affidavit of Support since you won't have US income to use.
