my brother just got called the NVC and found out his case was scheduled for Feb 4th. They haven't sent the appointment letter yet. what does his spouse need to get the medical done cause she needs to get it done now. they might not have the appointment letter sent to him by the time she needs to get the medical done will they accept any other papers at ST. Lukes. also what does she need at the Embassy?

Manila case number and USCIS NOA-2 (a copy is fine).

Also, they should be able to go online to the Manila Embassy website and using the case number get a confirmation of the interview appointment. Print that just in case.

And don't forget the passport.
