Hi good evening.Its me again. Thank you so much for this site it very helpful. I will ask about the income tax and bank statement of my fiancee. Is it Ok that my fiancee will send me just the 2008 and 2009 income tax and bank statement the same year? He said that his tax in 2010 is not done yet because it will due this coming April 2011. And his 2010 bank statement and tax in 2010, he turned it in to the CPA to make his tax in 2011. Somebody have the same experience??? Thank you.

Yes, 2010 tax returns are not due until April. As long as your interview is before then, you will be fine with previous year's returns.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
