I believe that is a temporary visa to allow you to travel and return to the US for 1 year, until you receive your 2 year Greencard.

A category 1 Conditional Relative

IR-1:

A category 1 Immediate Relative

Both visa holders enter the United States as Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) and will receive their Green Card in the mail about a week to 10 days later.

The CR-1 spouse will get a 2-year card and will have to file for Removal of Conditions (ROC) via form I-751 before it expires, whereas the IR-1 spouse will get an (unconditional) 10-year Green Card right away.

would you please explain what the diff which make its 10 years or 2 years , in which ground they decide this ????

Its not a personal decision.

If you have been married over 2 years its a 10 year green card (IR1)

If you have been married under 2 years it is a 2 year conditional greencard (CR1)

Yes me and my spouse are coming up on our 2 year mark ourselves and have decided even if they approve before June, thought not likely at this point, we will wait until then as june is our 2 year mark. That way no conditions on her green card
