It's not ambiguous. It says you have not satisfied the requirements of proof for meeting in person within the last two years. It suggests that you submit not only your passport bio page, but also the exit/entry stamp pages which show your visits to china. It also seems you submitted evidence in chinese without an accompanying english translation. So, what did you provide to prove you met your fiance(e) within the last two years?

Agreed. You didn't provide sufficient evidence of meeting in the past two years.

Also, please stop using all caps and underlining everything. Posts like that are very difficult to read.

Apparently there are two issues.

1. Submitted Chinese documents without translation. For a fiancee case, that would have been a divorce decree. Have the fiancee get a Notarial Translation of her divorce decree from the "Notarial Office". It's called the Gong Zheng Chu.

2. You failed to submit primary evidence of having met in person in the past two years. They are telling you what qualifies and asking you to provide it. If you have not been in the same country at the same time in the two years preceding filing the petition, don't bother responding.

You don't have much time, so have her get to the Gong Zheng Chu with the divorce decree right away, then scan you each page of the booklet. Make sure you submit the pages in the correct order.

Your petition was lacking translations and the required proof of meeting within the kart teo years

This is all simple stuff and the VJ Guides are very helpful and clear as to what to do.

Maybe you need someone else to help get this together for you but I worry since there are many more documents later in this process.

ya - ok ok - I've had a mo to suss this out -

coupla things to write up

--evolution of relationship letter (see my example at http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=260331&view=findpost&p=3995116 and be aware this is for an IR-1 visa, not a K-1 visa, so refactor your letter accordingly)

--timeline with iternerary with copies of pages from the passport that show the entry and exit dates

then you need the 'white books' - these are the 'chinese to english' notarial translations of her civil documents -

the

--certificate of single and/or divorce decree

--police report

--birth certificate

white books are really cool - as inside each white book -

is a notarized, actual copy of the chinese document

plus

an english translation with an attestation statement about the translator.

but white books are optional, if and only if you have 'other' translated documents to include with the original documents. with a 'white book' the original is not needed, as the 'notarized copy' inside of it is accepted by GUZ IV.

whew !

OK - I think that's it, based on what I could suss out from reading.

Good Luck !
