Hello, im just wondering what are the steps to follow for the AOS if somebody can help it would be appreciated. Thanks

06/26/2007 met

09/21/2007 she goes back to Ukraine

03/26/2008 I visit Ukraine for 10 days

09/09/2008 She comes as an Aupair to the US

02/14/2010 engagement

04/01/2010 NOA1

04/26/2010 She leaves to Ukraine before her visa expires

First read the guides above; they are immensely helpful...Then go to www.uscis.gov and download the necessary forms. Schedule a visit to one of the civil surgeons that you can find HERE, start filling out the forms and gathering the needed docs for the affidavit of support...and check everything is perfect, all signatures are where needed, the dates are put down, all the boxes are ticked... Best of luck!

December 20, 2010: Biometrics (day 31)
January 18, 2011: case transfered to CSC (day 60)
February 10, 2011: EAD & AP approved! (day 83)
February 24, 2011: GC production ordered! (day 96)

Removing conditions: 5 months and 30 days!
December 6, 2012: package mailed
December 10, 2012: NOA 1 (day 4)

June, 5, 2013: APPROVED!!!

June, 10 2013: 10 yr GC received
