A few quick questions. Please help!

I am currently a peace corps volunteer living in paraguay. But am obviously from the states. Under Part A, info about me what address do I put?? My address in the states or here in paraguay, or the peace corps office in the capital????

In the instructions I don't see it asking for birth certificate of my fiance...do I need to put that in too?

Almost have everything organized and ready to send in.

Thanks!

Only the USC is needed to put the papers in. The papers for the fiance is not needed till the interview time.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I'm not totally sure which one, you need to get the NOA2 because you need a copy of that to file the AOS after you are married.

Which ever address you can collect/get your mail from I would put that on the form.

If someone is collecting mail from your address in the USA and saving it for you, you could have them keep an eye out for the USCIS mails for you and keep them safe.

At the time I submitted our K1 packet I was in the process of moving and knew I would be moving again when the petition was approved (staying with a friend to cut down on expenses). in the I-129F form I put down my parents address and have had them checking their mail.

As for the Affidavit of Support I put down my current address since I included my offer letter for evidence and I work in a different city from my parents.
