Yeheyyy Finally received approval notice via email. It said, the approval notice was mailed on Feb 10, 2011. Thank goodness. It was weird because on I received two emails from USCIS. The first one at 8:40am saying that the case was transferred back to CSC for processing. I was so pissed. But at 12:40pm on the same day, I received another email saying that that case status is under post-decision and the 130 application has been approved and the NOA2 was mailed on Feb 10. I am just so happy now and I can't wait for NVC processing. Thanks VJyaers.

Call up an operator and ask for it. You will get a package from NVC with your case number, IIN, and other info. But the fastest way is through an operator.

So, in other words, I have to call again, and ask the operator for the IIN? Thank you Saylin.

Yup, exactly. Make sure you ask for 'Invoice Identification Number' though. Not sure if they have the same lingo as us VJers ;)

Hi Saylin: I just got off of the phone. I asked for the Inovice Identfication Number. The operator said that they haven't sent the IIN yet. I should wait for the email. Well, I guess I just have to wait. Thank you Saylin for you help. I appreciate it.

No problem. Weird you couldn't get it. I was able to get my IIN at the same time as my case number. Well, you should be getting that email from NVC within a day or two, so not a long wait. I'd call up tomorrow though and try another operator.

You are right. I will call again tomorrow. The operator who I spoke with had an accent. I could hardly understand her.

blink.gif So far I've been able to understand all my operators and they sounded "American". I wonder if they outsource like other call centers?
