That is Scott Madsen, the Soloflex Guy, Nathan. I was a bit taller, but just as lean and buffed when I got out of OSUT. I don't run the three or four miles and do the 200 push-ups every day that it took over 13 weeks to look like that anymore.

Women are qualified to serve with men because after extensive physical training, they "might be able to keep up or out perform men..... thirty years their senior.
