pls help...i been to malaysia last oct ,2007 to work but things go

wrong i decided to go home and seek help and stay in phil embassy

in malaysia from january,2008 to march,2008 and file a case against

my agency,phil. embassy in malaysia gave me travel document

because my passport was in my agency hands.when i get home last

march,2008 DFA advice me to apply new passport and submit the

travel document and they said they will erase my old passport ..i

have new passport last april,2009.,,now my problem is ..Do I need

police report from malaysia for my interview since i only stay there for

5 months? we already recieve the NOA2..

If your stay is less than 6months you dont need a police report *except there was an arrest*

The malaysian authorities issue a cert if you have stayed for a year or more so I believe you will not be needing this. http://travel.state.gov/visa/fees/fees_4881.html?cid=3615#docs

09/15/2014 - Inline for interview scheduling (was stuck in "Initial Review" for over 3 months!)

10/27/2014 - Scheduled for interview

12/01/2014 - Interview

12/19/2014 - I AM A US CITIZEN!

hello...it's not that I would disagree on the post above, but I guess it depends in every consulate..as far as I know, one of the requirements for K1 visa interview @ the US Embassy in Manila is that you need to submit a police clearance if you have been outside the Philippines..try to visit & read in advance(on their website) the requirements/documents you needed prior to your interview..if I were you, you better start getting your Police clearance from the Malaysian Embassy in Manila as soon as possible...btw, you will also need to submit a NBI clearance aside from the Police Clearance from the country you've been too..God bless!!

2010-14-12 -Received text & email from USCIS that they accepted our AOS & EAD Application..HAPPY BDAY MARIA!!

2010-20-12 -Got our NOA1 letters in the mail for our I-485 & I-765...A wonderful Christmas gift for us!!

2011-19-01 -Received Biometrics schedule!!

2011-07-02 -Biometrics done!!..thanked God!!

2011-17-03 -AOS Interview..APPROVED!!

2011-24-03 -GREENCARD received!!..it's green indeed!!..lol..

hello girl...i worried to much on this.. naisip ko din sis koha nalang din ako ng police clearance para segorado at certification close na ang case namin...thanks you sis talaga u help me alot...god bless us ,,,
