My Girl Friend that i have known for nearly 1 year now, i have met her Online and she lives in China and i live in the Usa, well we thought we both had the Ideal idea of what we both wanted to do and it might take longer then we both had hoped, she wants to be with me very much even for a little bit till we both can find a Permanent place we can settle into.

I suggested that she get a Tourist Visa as it lasts a good while but shes not sure because she thinks that it would be hard to get Approved for.

She can't Afford a Student Abroad Visa as i believe this would be the fastest method "correct me if i'm wrong" ^.^;; .

Another thought was for her and me both move to Canada, but we are very Clueless about how hard or Easy it would be for her and me to get Approved for a Visa there so any Advice or Information we both would be Honored.

So my Question is simple what dose everyone else Suggest on this? she wants to be with me even for a little while. but i fear that it would be very Costly for a Vistor Visa and i'm not sure how long it would last.

Any Thoughts or Advice from someone wise or very Kind Hearted? ^.^ :help:

I'm not sure about a visitors visa but you cannot just move to Canada without visas and authorization to live and work in Canada

If you do not have family in Canada to qualify for a family visa, the next you can do is a skilled workers visa

Good luck

Have you thought of moving to China?

Yeah i figued we can not just move to a country without a Visa. as for Skilled Wokers Visa she might be able to get one since she is in a University, i have never gone into College but i have worked a job for 7Years so i'm not sure if that would mean a thing in there Eyes any, but i have to Stay Hopeful on this. ^.^

Have you thought of moving to China?

Yeah i have thought of moving to China if given the chance, my Only major concerns are living and working in China compared to the Usa. as for the Culture and Enviroment i'd be right at home there :)

I'm not really sure how hard it would be on me because my Chinese is still very New ^.^;;

But if it came down to it and it was the only Choice, i'll do it without any Questions asked just as long as there is a way to be with her it would make her very happy and me as well ^.^

Given the Above what does everyone feel we should take? you see this maybe a 1 Shot deal for her and me so we might end up moving in with each other for Permanent Living and a great Possibility of Marriage later.

Thanks Boiler and canadian_wife For the Help and Advice~~ i know my Girl Friend would be as Thankful to you both :D

I have a feeling that going to China may be the only real option.

you can 'fund' the financial portfolio for an entrepreneur visa

long term -both of you should move to new zealand, forget this silly concept of living in USA as boyfriend/girlfriend.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Do you have a web site with details on this any? i am confused on this.

Yeah we kinda have a feeling that the Usa would be the Hardest one to try to Go for.

and Thanks Darnell ^.^

Not to Skip Topics though but would it be hard if she tried to get a Vistor Visa to come here? and would it be costly or near as Costly as another visa? and even asking all this what are the Staying times even if Approved? Months-Years?

A Visitor (B-Class Visa) for a young Chinese woman without strong ties (husband, child, awesome job, lots of money & property in her name) is practically impossible to get.
